A note from our founder
Built from a belief that every child can reach their milestone.
Before founding Reaching Milestones, I spent years deeply involved in education — teaching 1st grade, volunteering, tutoring one-on-one, substitute teaching, working as a home school learning coach, teaching life skills, and providing special needs instruction and behavioral support. As a parent and learning coach to my own special needs children, I experienced firsthand what it means to meet a child exactly where they are — with patience, intention, and a plan that actually fits them.
What I learned across every one of those experiences is that a thoughtful, personalized approach isn’t a luxury — it’s what actually works. Every child learns differently, and every child deserves someone in their corner who understands that.
My background in Business Management and my Master’s in Management shaped how I built Reaching Milestones: with clear structure, consistent follow-through, and a team held to a high standard. Because your child deserves nothing less.
